Sometime ago I put a notice here that all blog orders were changing, and that to order anything off my blog, to please send me an email to nikkilynne39@gmail.com letting me know you were looking to purchase a kit. But due to having my blog redone, some posts have vanished, and apparently that was one of them. I had this in place because the paypal associated with past posts is no longer valid, and I have a new one, just have not been able to change all the paypal emails yet. Also, everything on my blog can be found in any of my stores listed down on the left, in both tagger and full sizes, and many of them can be found in retirement sections for as little as one dollar. Wow, it has been awhile, and I'm sorry! But things have been so crazy! For starters, there is a brand new baby in my life...my daughter had a big baby boy September 9th, wieghing in at 8 pounds, 8 ounces, so you see why I haven't been posting lol. She went back to school this week, so nan has been babysitting!

Everyone, I am so sorry that I have been away, but we had a major snowstorm here in Eastern kentucky with almost 30 inches of snow and we lost power the night of the 18th and just got the rest of our area restored yesterday and internet was restored today. So please anyone who made orders during this downtime I deeply apolgised and I am sorry that some of you felt the need to email me very nasty emails about my service in processing your orders. With no phone, no power and no internet I have been unable to contact anyone regarding this.

Ok, this morning I had the pleasure of seeing a Christmas commercial that absolutely touched my heart and I had to watch it a couple of times just for the heck of it, well after watching it, I was reading some comments on you tube about it. The commercial in question is here: Wal mart Christmas Commercial , I loved it, but as I was saying the comments really threw me off. Let me tell you what I saw in the commercial, I saw a family missing their loved one who is of fighting in the war, and the child being totally unslefish, only wished for one thing and that was a gift for his dad who is over there, the soldiers were all getting snow for Christmas. I saw that as touching, and felt the commercial was in good taste, and didn't find it at all as advertising or trying to get people to shop at Wal Mart, other than seeing that Wal Mart made the ad and said thank you, that was it. So the comments left by people were downright nasty! Not fit to print here for you to see at all! So if you all watch the commercial over on youtube, then please leave me your comments about here, as I'm interested to know how you see it. Is it offensive or is it heartwarming? To me it is heartwarming and a reminder to all of us that during the holidays we need to keep each and every one of our service men and women in our thoughts because they won't be home for Christmas, they'll be there and we'll all be missing them. Don't even get me started about the word Christmas either, to me and my familt it will ALWAYS be Christmas, and I'll say Merry Christmas and have a Christmas tree, and Christmas Cards, no matter who it offends that I say it! The world is too politically correct these days, and when I was a kid we never had these issues! Ok, off my soap box and off to go address my Christmas cards, lol leave your thoughts, I'm all ears, lol.

Well, it is finally here, the end of the school year! I can't say I miss it, lol Frankly, I'm glad this one is over! From massive ice storms closing us down to flooding the first week of May, we've had a little of everything, and I'm tired of dealing with it and am ready for the break! Today was a good day though, my daughter graduated eighth grade and is now a freshman, and my son is now a senior...OMG, lol I just realized I'm getting old!! Where'd the time go? It's no wonder I'm tired, lol AGE!!! HAHAHA gotta have a little humor, otherwise what good would the world be without being able to laugh at yourself? Anywho, as I said, I'm bushed, and I couldn't sleep, so I figured I'd play a litle in photoshop, didn't want to start work on my next kit yet, although I will tell you it is going to be very soft and in sky blue and pale green. :) So I sat here thinking about what to do to make my brain slow down so I could sleep and I did up these little dragonflies and since you haven't had a CU Freebie in awhile, you can have these, maybe you can find something to do with them, lol I've also included in the zip the body segments in various colors and all the wings, so you can even play at building your own. The size of these is 750 x 500, so they are pretty large, hope someone can use these late night, brain active, body weary creations, lol

Come on people, weigh in on this subject....CHAT BOX SPAMMERS!!! How many of you go to your blog and see new comments with links only to hover and realize those links are for porn, insurance, hotel vouchers, and any other ridiculous site they think you need to see? Does that annoy the crap out of you like it does to me? I know I rarely make personal posts, but that isn't because I don't want to, it's only because I have only so much time in the day, and much of it is spent focusing on my family that I manage to stick a few tidbits in here and there, but not as much as I'd like! I keep asking nicely, leave the SPAM where it belongs...on the grocery shelf!! I do NOT want insurance, I do NOT want hotel vouchers, I get enough porn watching my man shower, lol I sure don't need someone elses!! Chat with me, leave me nice comments, just say HI!!! Just don't go leaving me crap that I just have to turn around and delete! You're wasting your time and mine, and frankly it gets annoying, and you know of course I'm going to get all sorts of new spam out of this post, I can feel it in my bones, lol but I just had to get that off my chest!!! Butteflies Redux PTU Kit

Well, I'v been doing some thinking and I have decided to go back to many of my earlier kits and redo them, sort of bringing them kicking and screaming into today, lol So I have sat down and worked this kit over and it has turned out huge! Originally it had 10 papers and about 50 elements, mostly done by actions and what have you, but I've added to it more papers and many new elements inclusing hand down cluster frames, journal papers, and tons more for a total of 15 papers and 145 elements. I've been working on this one a few days, been a very long week here! It's rained cats and dogs for days, water everywhere, then the past two days my phone has not stopped ringing, and it all started with my great aunts wreck yesterday when everyone thought my son was with her, which he usually is.
